#1 - Transcript

[03:08] Alright&, this is me&, testing out the system. Wait. Are we live/? Testing&, testing&, alpha&, beta&, charlie - wait&, it is. Fuck&, okay. Sorry about that. Alright&, today would be [pause] you know what&, I'^m not counting this stuff in days. [static] It'^s a Saturday&, Easter actually&, yippee. No. Um&, yeah. We'^re here&, and things are the same as always. Nothing much has happened. I pretty much just sat here all day. Getting pretty hungry&, come to think of it. Wait&, okay, I'^m rambling. [pause] [pause] Uh&, alright. I'^m using up valuable disk space here&, but I guess it'^s valid if it'^s a legitimate program and systems check. Everything seems to be running smoothly so far&. I'^ll be checking back later for programming glitches&, I wrote the codes in kind of a hurry. Alright&, I think I^'m done for now. Thanks&, guys. Uhm&, yeah. Dan out. [END, 03:16]

  1. Hey kid, get off the computer and go get ready. We got to run a perimeter check tonight. Found some dead birds on the doorstep this morning, so expect some action.

  2. Well except for a few text bugs which make it hard to read sometimes, I'd say the program is a success. It is a real good idea to convert your voice into text, but technology tends to go "Fuck You" around IT, so I wouldn't trust into this program too much.

Hope both of you survive trough this "action".

Yeah, I picked those up. Darn it, I thought the thing was watertight.
I know about that, and believe me dude, I think I've got it covered. I'm pretty sure the technology problems are caused by an extra-planar pulse of some kind that disrupts circuit connection - similar to, say, a radio-jammer causing static over audio connection, you get me? But if I'm not only working on circuits with this program (because it's coded. Software, not hardware) but I also have the circuitry of my laptop pretty well protected with some gear I spent a fortune on. I need to field test the thing with an electromagnetic radar, and pick up what wavelength our pal fucks up tech with, and after that, with the readings, I can protect my gear from the guy.
This is all theory so far, but I should eventually be able to operate entirely independently, and whether It wants me to or not. A long shot, sure, but I sort of know what I'm doing.

  3. I hope the Slenderman is courteous enough to lay off his victims on Easter. Hey Daniel, your technological genius is showing.

    1. Aw, hey, thankyou, that means a lot.
I spotted the glitches just now and I'm gonna work through it. It was an error in the punctuation aspect of the sound-file codes, the erroneous symbols there (& ^ /) were added as extras to sort of stabilize the pauses and stops, you know, in the part where it picks up my tone. It's an easy fix, just a little tedious, and I should have it worked through by the next transcript - if Anna lets me work on the damn thing. I'll see how I go, keep posted.
